General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 6xis platform and all of its services. 6xis is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service of this platform, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using this platform.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure a safe and transparent service, 6xis may request that you complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) process when necessary. You may be required to submit a copy of your national identity card, birth registration certificate, or passport.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited on the 6xis platform via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300 (three hundred taka).

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

6xis offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. If you claim this bonus, the following conditions will apply:

• Wagering Requirement: 25 times (25x).
• You cannot withdraw funds from the bonus without first playing the designated games.
• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• Your account must be fully verified in order to claim a bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotional offers:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per account, person, household, device, or IP address.
• If bonus abuse or an attempt to claim a bonus through fraudulent means is detected, the account will be cancelled and any amount earned may be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

6xis operates four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit of up to 0.2%, 0.5%, 0.8%, and 1.0% respectively. Advancement to a higher tier depends on your gaming activity and your relationship with the platform.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

6xis is committed to ensuring fair and transparent gaming on its platform. The random number generators (RNG) of all game providers are verified and independently tested.

6.2 Betting Rules

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.
• 6xis reserves the right to void any bet completed due to a technical error.
• In sports betting, results are determined based on the announcement of the relevant governing body.
• If an event is cancelled, the applicable rules for that bet will apply.

6.3 Maximum Win Limit

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6xis platform:

• Attempting to influence game outcomes using any kind of software or technology.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by 6xis

6xis may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of the Terms is proven.
• If false information is provided during identity verification.
• If signs of suspicious or fraudulent activity are found.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Closure by User

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. Before the account is closed, you must withdraw your balance by meeting the applicable withdrawal terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 6xis platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, videos, and brand materials — is protected as the intellectual property of 6xis or its licensors.

These Terms grant you a limited right to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, modifying, distributing, or using any material for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of 6xis is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

6xis will not be held responsible for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical failures.
• Errors in third-party operations or services.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or violation of the terms and conditions.
• Financial losses resulting from gaming — gaming always carries risk.
• Unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters, war, or government orders.

6xis's maximum liability will never exceed the amount of the transaction in question.
